Danny Severn Joins Our Team!
Warner Commercial is beyond pleased to announce that Danny Severn has joined the Warner Commercial team as a partner. A Frederick local with roots and family in Middletown, Danny has worked in commercial real estate since 2006. He is a skilled manager for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate and started off his career as a leasing agent for a large multi-state industrial real estate firm. He most recently held the position of Regional Vice President for St. John Properties, Inc. in Virginia and Central Maryland.
During his tenure there, Danny completed leasing efforts that exceed one million square feet of commercial space, and also handled land sale transactions totaling $250 million.
“We could not be more thrilled to have Danny become part of the Warner Commercial team,” says Jonathan Warner. “He is a perfect fit to broaden our experience with the expertise he has honed during his nearly 20 year real estate career.”
Danny is well-known in the Frederick market. Many of our clients have already met Danny and are excited about working with him as part of the Warner Commercial Team.
His commitment to the Frederick community and his involvement is an added bonus. Danny was recently appointed to Woodsboro Bank’s Board of Directors and in 2026 he will serve as the President of The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. “The same skills he is offering to these organizations are the assets our firm was looking for–a wealth of experience, integrity and competence in real estate development and local community engagement,” adds Warner.
In addition, Danny is currently a Community Benefit Project Advisor to the Ausherman Family Foundation, Board Member of Hope in South Africa, Board Member of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and President Elect for 2026, Board Member of Downtown Frederick Partnership, and a very active member of the Rotary Club of Frederick serving as International Chair and Board Member.
