Warner Commercial is pleased to announce that this space has been leased to Briq Haus Pilates studio.

Briq Haus chose a fantastic North Market Street location where they will offer pilates and hot pilates, as well as group and private lessons on the eight reformers that will be delivered soon.

We are excited about their new business and the developments that will be part of this end of North Market Street, with new owners taking over the entire corner property. "Warner Commercial is proud to be part of the revitalization of North Market Street," says Jonathan Warner. "The transformation has been happening over a decade, as we've seen art galleries climbing north and restaurants following suit."

"Given our experience with historic assets like this," Jonathan continued, "we knew when we took on listing the property for sale, we'd need to make the effort to lease the empty first floor space as soon as possible, in order to make the property more attractive for sale."

Kirby Palmer is the business owner behind the studio. She saw a need in downtown Frederick and has assembled a set of instructors who will offer classes seven days per week starting at 6:30 am and running until 7:30 in the evening. The studio will be membership based, but drop-ins are welcome and class passes will be available as well.

To kick things off before their grand opening, Briq Haus celebrated Women's Day last month with a pop-up, in collaboration with Daily Dopamine® which included a guided vision board workshop, 45-minute sculpt class and 45-minute restorative sound bath.

"We knew that securing a tenant would be an integral part of a successful sale of this property," adds Danny Severn.
