"What started as Luke Mullins Tattoos moved and expanded from downtown to 1828 Rosemont Avenue for easier parking and terrific visibility," explains Jonathan Warner. "Rosemont Tattoos is continuing their operations just outside the downtown area there, but found they wanted a presence back in the heart of downtown," says Jonathan. "We were pleased to have the opportunity to work with them again."
